I am writing this letter in the hope that the DPSI team will somehow be recognized for the valuable work they have done with our organization here at ExxonMobil.

Recently, DPSI technicians visited our Refinery to assist GREF with a repair in our Administration Building. During the time DPSI was out here your technicians went above and beyond their normal duties. The discovery the DPSI technicians found was not noticed by other employees and the technicians’ awareness is greatly appreciated. DPSI has been an honest, informative asset that has shown ownership and pride in their work. I believe DPSI’s work ethic and discovery should not be unnoticed.

I also give a big thank you to the crew that has worked with our refinery... I have never had any issues and only top notch assistance. Thank you.

I just would like to show my appreciation/thanks to the DPSI service team for their quick response and actions last Friday. BT was informed the Atlanta building was going to have to shut down commercial power at 2pm est on Saturday. I called DPSI around 3pm est/12pst and explained to the service department, our situation and that we would need an emergency generator and electrician onsite. 5 minutes later I got a call from DPSI’s Account Manger who gathered more information and I explained since it’s late on a Friday we would have to work quickly on this. Within the hour I received confirmation of a temporary generator scheduled for 10am Sat and an electrician to be onsite.

The building power maintenance/repair went off without error. The BT field engineer explained the temporary generator and electrician showed up early. The BT field engineer said the electrician was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the BT required phase rotation and neutral line voltage check/test prior to temporary generator connection.

Once again I would like to thank DPSI for all there help and look forward to working with you in the future.

The vendor I was dealing with is a Swedish company and was having a difficult time providing me with accurate power requirement specifications.

The installation was a very high priority, high visibility project on a very strict timeline. I made a call to DPSI’s office and told them of my predicament.

They asked that I forward the information I had available and they would do their best to provide the correct power equipment and have it installed within the four-day timeline I was given.

Three days later they were on site installing the power before the equipment had even arrived.

I am extremely appreciative of the excellent service everyone in your office has provided, especially in this project as well as the day to day throughout the year.

DPSI has become an irreplaceable vendor that has consistently provided excellent service to our company for over four years now.

DPSI prepared conceptual drawings describing the conversion for insurance underwriter, County and City agencies in order to secure approvals.

The content of their drawings facilitated the approval process and prevented a protracted approval cycle. Their expediting and investigating efforts with proprietary suppliers contributed to project progress.

The most noteworthy aspects of DPSI’s performance on this project was their response and manning of the construction phase. Work on the Building 215 chamber was restricted to the second shift due to user schedules.

In addition, the chamber was required to be radar operational during the first shift.

Although initial problems were experienced with the user regarding chamber availability, which were subsequently determined to be communications based, cooperative efforts by DPSI resulted in a very satisfactory conclusion.

In addition, DPSI’s response to an emergency repair during construction was appreciated.
Overall project performance was judged very good as was adherence to schedule.
