I want to take this opportunity to thank DPSI’s employees.

Last week I was presented with several sets of power requirements for a new installation in our data center.

The vendor I was dealing with is a Swedish company and was having a difficult time providing me with accurate power requirement specifications.

The installation was a very high priority, high visibility project on a very strict timeline. I made a call to DPSI’s office and told them of my predicament.

They asked that I forward the information I had available and they would do their best to provide the correct power equipment and have it installed within the four-day timeline I was given.

Three days later they were on site installing the power before the equipment had even arrived.

I am extremely appreciative of the excellent service everyone in your office has provided, especially in this project as well as the day to day throughout the year.

DPSI has become an irreplaceable vendor that has consistently provided excellent service to our company for over four years now.

Please pass on my appreciation on to your employees, their hard work is deserving of recognition.
