Fire Alarm/Suppression Field Service Technician - Fremont Office

DPSI provides design, installation, and service for data center power, air conditioning, and fire protection systems.

We are currently seeking State Certified Low Voltage Fire Alarm Service Technicians with good communication/client skills for our Fremont, California office.  The fire alarm service technician position requires the ability to perform normal PM inspections and trouble-shoot/repair low-voltage fire alarm control circuits.  Equipment that our technicians service include: fire alarm and clean agent fire suppression systems.  Service hours are Monday-Friday with some on-call (paid) after-hour and weekend service work required.  Technician needs to have at least 2 years of fire systems experience.

Service Account Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

DPSI is currently seeking a Service Account Manager.  The Service Account Manager will be responsible for sales of preventive maintenance contracts, system upgrades and repairs to existing DPSI accounts (penetration), new account sourcing, and on-going client management.

 

  • Minimum of three to ten years experience in solutions selling, preferably within the commercial mission critical Power, Air Conditioning, or Fire Protection market.
  • A strong Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection engineering sales background is essential.
  • Demonstrated track record of profitably achieving sales targets, account management, and business development.

Engineering Manager

DPSI provides design, installation, and service for industrial specialty fire protection systems.

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager with a Special Hazard System Design background, who posses good communication/client skills for our Anaheim, California office.  The Manager position requires the ability to design fire alarm and clean agent suppression systems for commercial facilities along with water spray, water mist, foam based, and deluge systems found in refineries and other industrial facilities. Working knowledge of HASS and other hydraulic calculation design programs for the various clean agent systems which DPSI distributes and the latest version of AutoCAD are required for this position. NICET Certification to the highest level that work experience allows is preferred. Working hours are Monday-Friday with some after-hour and weekend work required.

Equipment that our technicians service include: Liebert, DatAire, and Stolz computer room air conditioning with split heat rejection systems. Service hours are Monday-Friday with some on-call (paid) after-hour and weekend service work required.
