We are currently seeking a Service Aministrator/Dispatch individual.  Our service administrator is responsible for dispatching field technicians to clients for service and repair of systems.  The duties include reviewing work orders from departments and/or service requests from client, and recording the type and scope of service to be performed.  Answering service calls using a clear and understandable speaking voice and dispatching to the appropriate individuals.  Providing clients with updates on the status of their service call with information from the FX computer system.  Completing pre-calls to clients notifying them of the schedule.  Determining and scheduling service calls according to urgency.  Verifying availablilty of parts and equipment and ordering parts if necessary. Maintaining records of repair, installation, removal of equpment, and hours required on each job. 

This position requires the ability to read and understand company procedures and policies and apply them to client interaction to insure consistent client satisfaction and policy adherence.  Must be able to maintain composure and control under stressful and challenging conditions to insure ongoing smooth interdepartmental operation and client relations.  This position is highly interactive with outside and internal clients, so good language skills is a must.

Software programs used daily include MAS 90, FX Service Center, Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.  A High School diploma or general eduacation degree (GED) is required.  One to three years of related experience and/or training is a plus.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

DPSI is currently seeking a Service Account Manager.  The Service Account Manager will be responsible for sales of preventive maintenance contracts, system upgrades and repairs to existing DPSI accounts (penetration), new account sourcing, and on-going client management.

• Minimum of three to ten years experience in solutions selling, preferably within the commercial mission critical Power, Air Conditioning, or Fire Protection market.
• A strong Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Protection engineering sales background is essential.

We are currently seeking a Special Hazard Sprinkler Designer with good communication/client skills for our Anaheim, California office.  The Designer position requires the ability to design water spray, water mist, foam based, and deluge systems found in refineries and other industrial facilities. Working knowledge of HASS design program and the latest version of AutoCAD are required for this position. NICET Certification to the highest level that work experience allows is preferred. Working hours are Monday-Friday with some after-hour and weekend work required.
