Equity Potrero 1010, San Francisco

Client Testimonial:  “I am the lead Superintendent for James E. Roberts-Obayashi Corporation, a multifamily residential general contractor.  While the DPSI Team did not work directly with me, DPSI was the life safety alarm company on (the Potrero 1010), a $150 million, 453-unit development in San Francisco.  I had the distinct pleasure of working with DPSI and their Team Leader for two years on this project.  I found DPSI and their Team to be a consummate professional in all of our dealings.  DPSI was reliable and prompt in response to any issue that arose in the process of our work.  The DPSI Team Leader worked well with other subs on the project and quickly gained the respsect of our entire construction team.”

Project:  Potrero 1010 with its 453 units sits over a one city-block expanse with double height “puzzle” lift parking. DPSI provided design and installation of the both the North and South buildings’ Silent Knight programmable fire alarm system.  The project used VESDA Early Warning Smoke Detectors for the elevator hoist-way.  The VESDA detectors are mounted outside of the hoist-way with the sampling air tube piped into the hoist-way.  This allows service inspections of the detector without entering the elevator hoist-way.
