DPSI has deployed a dynamic client self-service portal that links directly from the DPSI website as part of our E-service solution. From the moment a client selects DPSI as their service support, they are part of this innovative service network.
DPSI clients have the ability to access their information from anywhere in the world where there is internet access, 24 hours, 7 days a week.
One of the features of DPSI’S E-service is real-time information. DPSI’S field service persons using handheld PDA’s input site information as inspections and repairs are being performed. Upon completion of this work, the client signs in the electronic box and reports are then immediately sent to the clients e-mail address and to DPSI’S database for client history. This allows clients to instantly know what is going on when it is convenient for them.
